Chris Watt Building Corporation evolved with the dream of its owner Chris Watt. Chris is a native resident of Eastern Wake County and has plans to continue to raise his family in this area. Chris is the son of Ronnie and Sally Watt of Raleigh. They have instilled in Chris the value of hard work, integrity, and family. Chris is married to his lovely wife Jessica, have a son named Jackson, and a daughter named Savannah. They reside in Ramsey Farms, one of the neighborhoods Chris has built in.

In the Fall of 2004, Chris realized one of his professional dreams. He formed Chris Watt Building Corporation. Today Chris Watt is building in Coldwater Springs and is making plans to start building in 4 new communities: Preserve at Longbranch Farms, Eaglestone, the Estates at Smith Crossing, and Sunset Manor.
